Welcome to Nicole Cardy — Priestess of Gaia. By booking a session, program, or purchasing any product through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services & Offerings

  • All sessions, programs, and products are designed to provide energetic support, guidance, healing, and activation.

  • These services are spiritual in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

  • By engaging in any offering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health, well-being, and life decisions.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through the official website or agreed platform.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment plans (where offered) must be honoured in full. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of access to services or materials.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Due to the energetic nature of this work, all sales are final. No refunds are issued for sessions, programs, or digital products.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • If you do not show up for a scheduled session without notice, the session is considered forfeited.

4. Session Conduct

  • You agree to arrive on time and present for your scheduled Zoom calls or in-person sessions (where applicable).

  • For off-camera channeling sessions, you understand that the energetic work is performed outside of your direct presence and results will be shared during your integration call.

  • You acknowledge that energy work can bring up emotions, shifts, and integrations, and you are responsible for your own process and wellbeing during and after the session.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All sessions are held in a sacred and confidential space. Your personal information and anything shared during a session will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

  • Digital products, recordings, or written reports provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

6. Client Responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in sessions and programs.

  • You acknowledge that you are mentally, emotionally, and physically capable of engaging in spiritual and energetic practices.

  • You are responsible for creating the conditions in your life to integrate and embody the shifts that occur.

7. Disclaimer

  • Results from energy work, channeling, and spiritual guidance cannot be guaranteed, as each session is uniquely tailored by your Higher Self and divine team.

  • By participating, you release Nicole Cardy from any liability for outcomes that may arise during or after a session.
