This one-off offering is delivered in two parts. First, you receive a pre-session soul essence reading, shared as a written or audio transmission, which reflects the core frequency of your soul, your fullest potential state, and how this frequency already expresses through you. Then, we meet for a 30–45 minute Zoom integration session to support embodiment, nervous system alignment, and practical ways of living from this state.
