✧ Booking & Cancellation Policy ✧ Last Updated: [7/7/2025] All offerings and sessions provided through Nicole Cardy are energetic, spiritual, and intuitive in nature. They are sacred containers held in deep integrity and aligned with each client's Higher Self and divine timing. ✦ Booking Agreement By booking a session or purchasing a product through this website, you agree to the following: All sales are final. Due to the energetic preparation, time commitment, and non-tangible nature of energy work, no refunds are offered on any session, product, or digital offering. You are responsible for the energy you bring. By entering this space, you agree to show up fully for yourself and the work. I hold a high vibrational field and do not chase clients or reschedule missed sessions. Session times are confirmed upon payment. Please arrive on time and ensure you are in a quiet, undisturbed space for your session. ✦ Cancellation & Rescheduling No Cancellations: Once booked, your session is a sacred energetic commitment. Cancellations are not permitted, and refunds will not be issued for missed or forfeited appointments. Rescheduling: Reschedules are allowed once per session and require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. To reschedule, please email iamnicoleashe@gmail.com with your original booking details. No Shows / Late Arrivals: Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session is considered forfeited. ✦ Energetic Disclaimer All sessions and content shared are for spiritual guidance, energetic support, and soul remembrance purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or financial advice. You must be 18+ to book a session. ✦ Sovereign Agreement By booking, you acknowledge your role as a sovereign being and accept full responsibility for your healing journey.
