Why I Wrote This Book & Created The Portal...

For years, I looked successful on the outside while crumbling on the inside.
I climbed the nursing ranks, earned respect, checked all the "right" boxes. But beneath it all? I was exhausted, disconnected, and at war with myself. I didn't know what boundaries were. I stayed in situations where I was disrespected because I genuinely believed I didn't deserve better.
Then came the breaking point.
I applied for a higher position, one I'd already been excelling in - and didn't get it. The role went to someone with less than two years of experience. Not because of merit, but because the decision had already been made.
It was in this moment I realised...
What was I pouring so much of myself and sacrificing my health, my mental well-being and time with my family for?
It forced me to see: I'd been pouring myself into a life that was never meant for me. Seeking validation in all the wrong places. Waiting for someone else to see my worth instead of claiming it myself.
So I started the real work. I learned what boundaries were and how to protect them fiercely. I transformed my inner critic into my greatest ally. I walked away from what didn't honour me - even when it broke my heart.
This book didn't come from theory. It came from lived experience.
Every chapter is a lesson I had to learn the hard way. Every practice is something that actually worked when I was in the thick of it. Every activation is designed to meet you where I once was - lost, depleted, and ready to remember.
