Soul Frequency & Alignment Reading is a 4-week held container where we go all the way in.

How We Move Through It
Before We Begin - The Pre-Channel
Before your first call, you complete a short intake questionnaire. I channel your soul frequency and primary block in my own space and time. You receive a written summary to sit with before Week 1. You arrive already held. Already in the energy of what is opening.
Week 1 - Soul Frequency Session
We meet live. With your energy present in the space, the channel goes deeper.
Your frequency type, your gifts, how you are designed to receive, create, and serve.
What you are here to do and who you are here to do it with. You leave this call knowing yourself at a level that feels both entirely new and deeply familiar.
Between Sessions - Remote Channel
After Week 1, I continue working with your energy in my own space and time. Going deeper into your frequency, receiving any further wisdom and preparing what wants to come through in Week 2. This is one of the most quietly significant parts of the container. You are being held and worked with even in the in-between.
Week 2 - Frequency Alignment Practice
Built on everything received across both channels, this session brings through your Frequency Alignment Practice. What your soul does effortlessly and naturally when it is fully itself. The way you move through the world, create, connect, and contribute when scarcity, hustle, and conditioning are no longer running the show. I channel the specific practices your soul is calling for right now. They are unique to you. Sometimes deceptively simple. Always deeply resonant. The kind that feel like remembering rather than being told.
Week 3 - Integration
A dedicated week to live inside what has been received. To practice. To notice. To let your energy field, your body, and your lived experience catch up with what has opened. This is not empty space. This is where the real shift happens. You have continued Telegram access to me throughout.
Week 4 - Witnessed & Held
Our final session is a space to be witnessed. To be seen in the fullness of who you have remembered yourself to be. We sit together, we honour what has moved, and you have space to receive any final clarity, ask anything that remains, and receive whatever wisdom wants to come through. We close the container in the frequency you now carry.
